Overview

Fine Line Shoes sells new and used goods that are in various conditions. All sales are processed AS-IS and refunds are rarely available.

We sell to customers in the US and its territories only and all transactions will be calculated using USD (US Dollars).

Refunds

In the rare event of damage to your items occurring during shipping, a refund MAY be available.

To have your item(s) considered for a refund, email a photograph of the shipment (as it was when it arrived to you) to support@finelineshoes.com – if it is determined that damage occurred during shipping, we will email you with further instructions for the return to be processed.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email from us letting you know that the refund was approved. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Shipping returns

We do not process returns unless a refund was already approved. Instructions for shipping the return will be emailed to you if your refund is approved.
